(Orlando) Orlando City, thanks to the decisive goal shot by former Manchester United star Nani, qualified at the expense of Los Angeles FC (1-1, 5-4 tab) for the semi-finals of the tournament organized by MLS at Disney World, Friday.

Orlando will face either San Jose Earthquakes or Minnesota United in the next round.

The Portuguese international, who missed a penalty during the game, did not crack when converting the 5 ^th shot on goal of the session to separate the two teams directly after regulation time, without overtime.

Just before him, it was LA defenseman Jordan Harvey who saw his shot end on the crossbar.  

Elimination all the more bitter for Californians that led to the score from the 64 ^th minute with a goal by Bradley Wright-Phillips, following the penalty Nani repulsed by their keeper Kenneth Vermeer.

Orlando never gave up and was rewarded in the 90 ^th minute when a corner from Nani found the equalizing head left back Joao Moutinho.
